These Terms govern your use of the HiveSpace mobile app and the services it connects to. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HiveSpace. We verify age at signup, and access to unrestricted conversation is gated behind that verification for every account, regardless of subscription plan.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person's use.
HiveSpace offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers with expanded usage limits and features, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing and included features are shown on our site and may change with notice.
HiveSpace is built for private, consenting adult conversation and roleplay/fiction with your AI companion. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, or exploit real people; to generate content involving minors in any sexual context; or to attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
Conversations with your companion are yours. We don't claim ownership over what you write or what your companion generates in response to you. See our Privacy Policy for how that content is stored, used, and deleted.
You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
HiveSpace's companion is an AI system, not a real person, licensed therapist, or medical professional. It's provided for companionship and entertainment. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HiveSpace after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
